Dr. Oliak is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physician who specializes in weight loss, hormone health, and wellness.

Dr. Oliak went to college at Northwestern University, where he majored in chemical engineering, and then Washington University School of Medicine where he earned his MD degree. He then completed a general surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA, and a laparoscopic bariatric surgery fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. In 2002 he started his career as a private practice laparoscopic weight loss surgeon in Orange County, and has since performed more than 3000 weight loss operations.

In 2023 he transitioned from surgery into wellness. Dr. Oliak was drawn to weight loss surgery 25 years ago because it was transformational for patients, yet overlooked by our healthcare system. Dr. Oliak is drawn to wellness now, because similarly, the treatments are transformational for patients, yet overlooked by our healthcare system. Our healthcare system focuses on pharmaceutical treatments for basically everything, and ignores natural and root cause treatments despite these treatments often being the obvious best choice. Dr. Oliak is excited to offer life-changing treatments that can substantially improve patients’ quality of life.

Physician Associate

Allison Mollet is a board-certified physician associate, in clinical practice since 2002, and specializing in weight loss and hormone replacement for men and women. She started her career in metabolic and weight loss surgery and was drawn to the medical weight loss, wellness, and anti-aging field after recognizing how often serious symptoms of perimenopause, menopause, and testosterone deficiency are overlooked, trivialized, or mistreated. Too often, men and women go decades with significant (and sometime debilitating) symptoms that can be effectively addressed with natural bioidentical hormone replacement. Patients are often unaware of the increased health risks that accompany hormone deficiencies. PA Mollet provides attentive and compassionate care and develops personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs. She prioritizes wellness and preventative care to help patients reclaim their quality of life.

PA Mollet graduated from Yale University School of Medicine PA Program where she also obtained her Master of Medical Science degree. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and physical therapy with a minor in Biology from Western Washington University. PA Mollet served as founding faculty and Program Director for the Marshall B. Ketchum School of PA Studies, the first PA program in Orange County, and continues to lecture and teach on specific medical topics.

She is a member of the American Academy of PAs (AAPA), the California Academy PAs (CAPA), the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and The Menopause Society.
